By purchasing support services on our website, you agree to the following refund terms:

We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support. However, we recognize that our services may not meet everyone’s expectations all the time. If we are unable to resolve your issue after attempting repair (excluding custom development), we will issue a full refund. If you choose to cancel your support request before we have started or assessed its feasibility, a 50% refund will be provided. This partial refund reflects operating costs and time already allocated to your request.

Alternatively, you may opt to receive the full amount as store credit, which can be used anytime, as it does not expire.
